It is an electric steam boiler (1 unit) that can work with a small amount of electricity (7kw).

This machine is suitable for small-scale (rice cake) workshops, (rice cake) cafes, and steamed seafood (king crab, snow crab, shellfish, etc.)

Power (380v) and single-phase (220v) types can be used, respectively, and the amount of steam is constant, so the work efficiency is high.

Just connect the water supply, add cold water, and after about 3 minutes, steam is generated, and you can work with a small amount of water.

Unlike the existing (old) 7kw electric steam boiler machine, a separate water tank is added and steam is generated by pressure.

The steam is strong, so you can steam rice cakes quickly even if you put two large ruler syrup on it, and in the case of rice flour, you can work up to two pieces at a time.

Continuous steaming is possible with a constant water supply.

High-quality products can be produced with a large amount of water, and the water tank capacity is 20L.

It can be used semi-permanently without any failure of the water supply parts by using the rotary supply method using water pressure.
