Wet expander is a machine that heats and expands the raw material by using self-generated water vapor.
Compared to general (dry) expanders, there are several advantages.
1. Less power consumption than dry expander. (More than 30KW for general expander based on 300KG/H, 22KW for wet)
2. It expands after the first heating using water vapor to make the original material expand better.
3. Relieves the pressure exerted by the raw material on the screw, resulting in a longer service life.
It can be cut according to what shape you are doing when cutting.
