This product is a portable (conveyor) checkweigher, which measures and sorts the weight of each product during the production and packaging process.

If the product is placed on the left side of the mobile conveyor, it moves to the right and automatically weighs up to 100 pieces per minute (maximum 1kg).

After weighing, the sorter on the right classifies it into 1 to 10 categories (extended option), and automatically sorts it to fit the pre-set weight sorting section.

In the case of 1 classification by weight, if it is within the allowable weight range, it passes through, and if it is outside the allowable range, it emits a warning sound and discharges it to the blocking guide at the same time.

2~10 classification by weight line can measure various products at the same time and classify them into a set section.

It can be learned at once with an easy operation method, and when a defect is found, an alarm sound and a defective product are excluded.

The classification (discharge) method can be selected such as push, mechanical arm, fall, air gun, etc.

Extrusion method: It can be installed by classification / sorting / sorting, and the product that does not fit the weight is pushed out and discharged.

Air gun: It can be installed in one category, and the product that does not fit the weight is discharged by air shooting.

Fall: It can be installed in category 1, and items that do not fit the weight fall from the end of the belt.

Mechanical arm: It can be installed in all categories and serves to collect products of a set weight.
